eDiscovery Developer - 100% REMOTE

This position requires experience with legal applications such as eDiscovery.

Experience or exposure to working with legal teams (attorneys, paralegals) a plus
Experience with ZyLAB eDiscovery software (or similar eDiscovery legal hold platform) a plus
Experience with IPRO Live EDA (a Reveal platform for eDiscovery searches) a plus
Experience with Lighthouse eDiscovery platform a plus
Experience with maintaining an indexing solution such as IPRO which is distributed across multiple systems (Windows and Linux) a plus

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
· Work with Solution Delivery (product owners) to determine the optimal technical solutions to business needs.
· Participate in the discovery and design phase of the software development lifecycle for projects.
· Lead in the development phase of the software development lifecycle for projects by independently writing well designed and testable code to meet defined objectives and deadlines, following established TeamHealth patterns and practices.
· Identify and recommend product enhancements to improve existing systems or operational procedures.
· Work in cross functional Scrum environment (including DevQA) to implement technical solutions.
· Responsible for code review process in reviewer role. Participate in code review in committer role.
· Responsible for technical guidance and proactive feedback to junior peers.
· Validate debugging and troubleshooting efforts of junior peers.
· Responsible for recommending technical standards and product lifecycle best practices.
· Responsible for maintaining and updating development skills by participating in educational opportunities consistent with the technologies and methodologies established at TeamHealth.
· Responsible for completion of all documentation processes and project and time tracking efforts in a timely manner.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
· Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, computer science, information systems or an applied science or equivalent experience.
· 8+ years of experience with C# and Microsoft .NET Framework.
· 8+ years of experience with relational database design and SQL.
· 4+ years of experience with Entity Framework or similar ORM.
· Demonstrated proficiency with modern design patterns.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
