Job Type: Part time (about 18 hrs a week) with opportunity to have full time.

Job Description: We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as a Commerical Custodian. The ideal candidates will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment for our commercial facilities, ensuring that all spaces are sanitary and presentable for employees and visitors.

Responsibilities:

• Perform cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies.
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste appropriately.
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when supplies need to be replenished.
• Follow established safety procedures and use protective equipment when necessary.
• Notify management of any maintenance issues or repairs needed.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in janitorial or custodial work preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects and perform repetitive tasks.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Good communication skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings.
• Must be able to commute between multiple locations (compensated with milage pay)
• Licenses and reliable transportation REQUIRED.
