Shipping and Logistics Coordinator

Advancing Eco Agriculture is a rapidly growing company in the specialty plant nutrition and regenerative agriculture industry. We are seeking a Shipping and Logistics Coordinator to join our team at our Aurora, CO location. As a Shipping and Logistics Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products are shipped accurately and efficiently to customers across the country. This role will maintain an active presence and participation in pulling and packing on the shop floor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule shipments for domestic and international orders
• Prepare shipping documentation, including bills of lading, customs forms, and commercial invoices
• Ensure compliance with local, national, and international shipping regulations
• Manage relationships with freight forwarders, carriers, and couriers
• Monitor shipment progress and address any delays or issues
• Track and update shipment records using inventory management software
• Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to provide accurate shipment information to clients
• Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving shipping-related issues
• Optimize shipping processes to minimize costs and improve efficiency
• Perform periodic audits to ensure accuracy of inventory and shipping data
• Maintain a clean and organized shipping area

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience in shipping and logistics, preferably in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of domestic shipping regulations and procedures
• Experience with inventory management software and shipping systems
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Mircosoft and Excell
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed
• Must be able to stand for extended periods
