$23.91 - $29.31/hr, pay based on experience

Asbury Place Maryville is currently seeking LPN: Licensed Practical Nurses.

What will I do as a LPN?

• Chart interdisciplinary progress notes in an informative and descriptive manner to reflect
  resident care.
• Prepare and administer medications/treatments as ordered by a physician; Ensure drug &
  narcotic records are accurate and up to date for each shift; notify nurse manager of
  discrepancies; appropriately dispose of drugs & narcotics.
• Assist the care plan team to identify the physical, social, nutritional, spiritual, and activity
  needs of residents.

What is required in this position?

• Medical/Surgical, Rehab, or Geriatric Nursing background.
• Current Tennessee Licensed Practical Nurse License.
• Current CPR Certification
