Automotive Accounting Experience a plus

40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 8:00-5:00

Responsibilities

• Process and post car deals efficiently and accurately

• Balance Debits/Credit for calculations on car deals

• Filing/Scanning

• Provide excellent customer service

• Process and post Warranty/Gap and other Financial product cancellations

• Work with Finance/Sales staff to obtain all required documents

• Perfecting liens

• Process Titles/Customer paperwork for DMV registering

• Other duties assigned

Requirements

• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast paced environment

• Maintain high level of discretion and confidentiality

• Automotive accounting experience a plus

• Experience using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets

• Standard knowledge of office equipment such as computers, phones and printers

• Detail Oriented

• Team Leader
