Pool Troopers has an exciting opportunity for an HR Generalist to join our growing HR team!

In October 2020, Pool Troopers partnered with Shoreline Equity Partners to support the next phase of growth including the execution of a rapid acquisition strategy.

Due to our rapid growth, we are seeking an exceptional HR Generalist to join our dynamic team and contribute towards enhancing both our employee and candidate experiences.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with administration of compensation and benefit plans.
  • Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment process.
  • Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training and development initiative.
  • Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
  • Assist in development and implementation of HR polices.
  • Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics.
  • Maintain employee files and records.
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations.
  • Assist in investigations.
  • Assist with accident and injury reporting/workers compensation
  • Contributes to the development and maintenance of an organizational culture that values a diverse, inclusive, and equitable work environment.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or 4 years of equivalent work experience.
  • 2+ years of proven experience as an HR Generalist.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.
  • Good knowledge of employment/labor laws.
  • Experience with ADP Workforce Now.
  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
