Sr. Project Manager, Honolulu, Hawaii

Are you an EXCEPTIONAL, Senior Project Manager, in HONOLULU, HAWAII?

We have a potential, long-term, opportunity in Honolulu for a Sr. Project Manager who has expertise leading business transformation from its current state to a solid, efficient, operation! The Project Manager must be adept at managing, tracking, and reporting progress to client's executive team, as well as inspiring team members to see the big picture and push toward their shared goals.

The Project Manager must live on Oahu and be available for hybrid work and to attend meetings at the client's site in Honolulu. **NO RELOCATION or moving expenses**

The Qualified Candidate must:

• Be a leader and skilled problem solver.
• Managing Business Process Re-engineering projects
• Engaging with stakeholders to understand their mission, goals, requirements, areas in need of improvement, and other pain points
• Working with management, technical staff, and users

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent project management skills including prioritization, scheduling, and documentation.
• Ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong grasp of current communication, project tracking, budget management technologies.
• Excellent meeting, workshop, and conference facilitation skills, with proven knowledge of how to foster attendee participation and collaboration in small and large groups.
• Knowledge and experience with different project management frameworks, including waterfall and agile.
• Solid technical understanding and ability to define and refine requirements through a project lifecycle.
• Employ strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage shifting priorities, demands and timelines.
• Ability to quickly learn, understand and apply new technologies.
• Positive, can-do attitude with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced work environment.

Education & Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in project management, business management, or related area of study.
• PMI or PMP certification or similar from an accredited organization.
• 7+ years of experience as a Project Manager or similar position responsible for defining and managing project scope, timelines, profitability, and effective delivery of products or services.
• Experience managing delivery of customer-facing and internally facing products or services.
