Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the coordination and execution of advertising campaigns across various platforms, including print, digital, and social media.
- Conduct research on target audiences, market trends, and competitor activities to inform advertising strategies.
- Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and clients to gather assets and information for advertising projects.
- Prepare and proofread advertising materials, ensuring accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Monitor and track advertising performance metrics and provide reports to the advertising team.
- Assist in maintaining advertising budgets, processing invoices, and tracking expenses.
- Support the advertising team in administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, organizing files, and managing calendars.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field preferred.
