About the Role:
An Advertising Assistant at Brand Avenue plays a pivotal role in supporting the advertising team in executing various advertising campaigns and initiatives. This position involves assisting with research, coordination, and administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of advertising projects.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Assist in the coordination and execution of advertising campaigns across various platforms, including print, digital, and social media.
Conduct research on target audiences, market trends, and competitor activities to inform advertising strategies.
Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and clients to gather assets and information for advertising projects.
Prepare and proofread advertising materials, ensuring accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines.
Monitor and track advertising performance metrics and provide reports to the advertising team.
Assist in maintaining advertising budgets, processing invoices, and tracking expenses.
Support the advertising team in administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, organizing files, and managing calendars.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with advertising tools and platforms.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
Previous experience in advertising, marketing, or related field is a plus but not required.
