[We show compassion to heal minds.]
About Legion Health:
Legion is a pioneering, tech-enabled virtual psychiatry network focused on delivering world-class outpatient care. Quality is paramount to us. This means recruiting exceptional providers, championing evidence-based protocols, and implementing an outcomes-based measurement approach.
Our vision is to pioneer a new era of mental health by delivering world-class psychiatry. We believe in a future where every patient can access the psychiatric care they need, regardless of the insurance they have.
Our psychiatric APPs undergo a rigorous vetting process (fewer than 5% are selected) and have trained at some of the top programs in the country, including Vanderbilt, Johns Hopkins, UT Austin, and UTHealth Houston.
Legion is backed by physicians and C-suite executives at Optum, Geode Health, Modern Health, and Definitive Healthcare.
About the role:
We're seeking a forward-thinking physician who is passionate about leveraging technology to improve access to mental health services and making an impact as a collaborating/supervising psychiatrist for Legion's APPs. Our focus is on the high-quality treatment of conditions such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, and insomnia/sleep disorders through secure telemedicine visits.
Job Type: Part-time, Contract, Fully Remote.
Salary: For supervising Legion's PMHNPs, the compensation is structured as follows: $1,000 per month for each full-time PMHNP (working 25 or more hours per week) and $500 per month for each part-time PMHNP (working less than 25 hours per week). In Texas, a physician is permitted to supervise up to 7 full-time or 14 part-time NPs, which corresponds to 7 full-time equivalents (FTEs). Consequently, the total potential compensation for this role can reach up to $7,000 per month, depending on the mix of full-time and part-time PMHNPs supervised.
Additional compensation: Bonuses rewarding strong performance.
Growth: Insight into a fast-growing, tech-forward mental health company. Interaction with our esteemed clinical advisory board. Ability to shape how Legion delivers on our promise of high-quality care.
