Instrumentation/Calibration Technician

Job Overview:

Cincinnati Test Systems, Inc., a manufacturer of leak detection systems worldwide and a designer and manufacturer of leak test instruments, is seeking a Calibration Lab Technician to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for the manufacturing and accredited calibration of flow leak masters in accordance to ISO 17025 standard and customer requirements. A certified Calibration Technician will have a high attention to detail and a thorough understanding of flow technologies.

Your Day-to-Day:

· Manufacture of flow leak masters including preparing incoming orders, light assembly, and preparing outgoing orders.

· Perform daily shop set-up duties including SPC data collection, cleaning and prepping components, and managing high pressure tanks.

· Perform flow calibrations using a variety of technologies

• Piston Prover (Mesa Labs Dry Cal)
• Fluke Molbloc
• Mass Spectrometer (Helium)

· Perform other duties as required or assigned.

What You Bring to the Team:

· High School Diploma or GED equivalency is a must.

· Two-year degree in the Sciences (physics) or equivalent experience is preferred.

· Basic computer skills using standard office applications and ERP systems

· Able to work accurately from verbal and written instructions.
