The successful candidate will understand how Customer Success is an upgrade to Customer Service and be responsible for helping customers GET EXCITED about using our amazing software to make lots of money. The CSR position requires skills in customer service and user-level software support! This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing company whose mission is to help real estate agents achieve their business and financial objectives!
Responsibilities:
- Learn the job duties and add value to this position by helping clarify the role you'll be assuming. You will get great training and excellent coaching while you come up to speed.
- Identify opportunities to help our customers realize the unlimited opportunity they have by employing our software in their businesses. We need you to insure that you know and can help customers know how important the many aspects of this software to being successful!
- Coach new and existing customers on software and support features; train customers on best practices; mentor customers throughout the customer life cycle from signup onward so customers can leverage valuable customer success resources
- Help retain customers by using objection-handling skills and by demonstrating the value they wish to get from the software
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Contribute to the knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Positive, energetic, enthusiastic professional demeanor
- Ability to build rapport with customers by helping them take advantage of the great tools to make them LOTS of MONEY!
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
