Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Automotive Estimator/Production Manager to join our team. We are looking for a take charge person who has technician experience to write supplements and keep the back moving. We are looking for a people person. We are all about the client and not the insurance company. 80% of our business is repeat business. Must be familiar with CCC estimating, must have at least 5 years estimating experience, must have good listening skills to address client concerns and must be organized.

Qualifications
- Previous experience as an Automotive Estimator
- Excellent written communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work with little or no supervision
