Full job description: Autobody Man
We are currently looking to hire an Auto Body man who is willing to grow with our company.
Responsibilities:
Prepare vehicles for work in accordance with industry's standard.
Body repairs on cars, vans, pick-ups & trucks, including fiberglass, combo repairs, dent repair, quarter panel replacement and bondo work.
Effectively communicate with management if any additional repairs are needed or if difficulties arise.
Refinish all assigned vehicles to pre-repair condition according to the written work-order while effectively diagnosing and refinishing vehicles thoroughly and safely.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 (TWO) years of experience
Maintain a high level of professionalism, motivation, focus, and organization.
Current and valid driver's license (CDL preferred, but not mandatory).
Must have great communication skills within a team environment.
Can work in a face-paced shop without sacrificing quality of work.
Physical Demands:
The physical demands described here are a representation of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
The employee is required to stand, walk, grasp tools, hear, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, sit for an extended time period, lift/ move up to 25 lbs, and have good vision.
