JOB SUMMARY:
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for communication with referral sources in healthcare regarding service delivery. The goal of this position is to improve the customer experience for the client and referral sources.
This individual will communicate directly with the client and community to eliminate potential concerns and conduct service audits to ensure excellent performance. Documentation and reports will be provided to QAPI to contribute to the quality assurance program. Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Educational/Degree: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
Training/Licensure: Completes Hospice training program.
Knowledge/Skills/Ability: Willingness to work as a Endless Journey, LLC team member.
Demonstrated knowledge and well developed communication skills.
Must be proficient in customer service and problem solving techniques. This individual will possess an understanding of Endless Journey philosophy and ability to communicate the approach effectively.

Physical Requirements:
Must possess sight/hearing senses or use appropriate adaptive devices that will enable senses to function at a level required to meet the essential duties of the position.
Mental Requirements:
Must be flexible, innovative and possess good interpersonal skills. Must be able to cope with mental and emotional stress and demonstrate emotional stability.
Working Conditions:
CRS will base out of the Endless Journey, LLC office. Due to function of this position, this individual will visit referral sources and interact in the community at large.
Transportation:
Must have a current valid driver’s license, auto liability insurance and reliable transportation.
Essential Functions:
1. Coordinates services with referral sources.
2. Documents and reports all customer service concerns to Administration.
3. Develops monthly reports to be presented to QAPI team.
4. Initiates problem solving strategies to improve customer experience.
5. Responsible for relationship building with referral sources and community at large.
6. Additional tasks as assigned by Administration.
