What we’re looking for:

At 95a Bistro & Co we’re looking for a server that is looking to work full time and grow with the company. We’re looking for someone with great interpersonal skills and restaurant experience or a passion to learn about the hospitality industry. The right person will be able to follow systems and processes to ensure a great experience for the guests. Our ultimate goal is to open more restaurants in the future and we want you to be apart of that growth.

95a is a local Lafayette, CO restaurant looking to grow. Our local restaurant has been apart of the Lafayette community for more than 10 years. We take pride in taking care of our community through delicious food and beverage in a welcoming environment. Our mission is to create lasting memories and relationships for our community and employees. We have successfully done this over the last 10 years and we are looking to spread our passion to multiple locations.

Pay:

5 Serving Shifts @ $9.54/hr + Tips (~$100-$200/shift)

Qualifications:

• Self-discipline, initiative, leadership ability and outgoing nature.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Strong computer skills; experience with Microsoft Excel and Word, Toast POS, 7shifts preferred.
• Must be able to operate effectively as part of a team and communicate clearly.
• May be required to work in very warm or cold conditions for an extended period of time.
• The ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
