Mountain Land Physical Therapy is seeking a full-time Recruiting Sourcer to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates for roughly 60 outpatient physical therapy clinics throughout Utah, Idaho, and Montana. You will be responsible for the “Pre-Application” process of our Talent Acquisition model. Specifically, you will oversee identifying, engaging, and attracting potential candidates for job openings within Mountain Land clinics. Your primary focus is finding active and passive job seekers who may be interested in opportunities at Mountain Land. Some examples of this would be attending a career fair at the University of Utah, or analyzing search engine optimization reports to determine how to increase applicants to job advertisements. The beauty of this position is that it is flexible, creative, and will allow you to decide what your day-to-day will look like based on what activities are showing the highest return on investment.

Hours & Benefits: This is a full-time, fully benefited position that is eligible to receive medical, dental, vision, and life insurances, as well as 401k, PTO and wellness incentives. Benefits add roughly 20-30% additional income to the above pay range

Location: Cottonwood Heights, Utah (In-Person)

• An understanding of SEO and how it impacts job advertisements
• The ability to travel 10% of the time to career fairs, student presentations, and Mountain Land clinics
• Experience with any Applicant Tracking System
• Must have reliable transportation
