Title: Experienced Commercial Plumbing Mechanic

Responsibilities:

Perform installation, repair, and maintenance of complex plumbing systems in commercial properties.
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to execute plumbing projects accurately.
Work with various materials, including cast iron and copper piping.
Lead projects and guide junior mechanics, ensuring high-quality workmanship.
Adhere to all safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA SST standards.
Manage customer interactions with professionalism, providing clear communication and solutions.
Handle plumbing system installations in new construction and renovation projects for both commercial and residential properties.

Requirements:

Minimum 10 years of experience as a Plumbing Mechanic, with a focus on commercial plumbing.
Current OSHA SST Certification.
Extensive knowledge of NYC plumbing codes and regulations.
Proven track record of reliability and high-quality work.
Valid New York State plumbing license.
