What You Will Do…
Our Contact Center provides a variety of services for Florida healthy Kids (FHK), Children's Health Insurance Program. The goal is to provide exceptional customer service by answering telephone calls from families with inquiries, answering questions and, or providing assistance on the application process, eligibility requirements and determinations, enrollment, health plans, premium payments, annual account renewals in addition to providing ongoing family account maintenance.
Schedule and Attendance Policy
Training: 2 weeks classroom training from 9:00am-4:30pm EST.
Nesting: 2 weeks nesting, the nesting schedules will vary depending on their mentor's schedule because they will mirror that schedule.
Assigned Schedule: M/F any (8) hours shift between 7:30am-7:30pm
BYOD Requirements:
- Desktop or Laptop with Intel Core i5 Processor with 8GB Memory (No Celeron or Pentium)
- Desktop or laptop have a minimum of 256GB hard drive.
- Windows 10 or 11
- Minimum of 1 USB Gen 2 or newer port (wired headset)
- 1 RJ-45 connection for a wired connection to internet router
- Wired Headset and microphone with a USB Gen2 or newer connection
- Video camera capability, necessary for training
- NO, Chromebooks, iPad or Tablets allowed. They are not compatible with our system.
Internet Connection Requirements:
- Wired internet connection from computer to router or modem
- Download speed 60 MBPS minimum.
- Upload speed 5 MBPS minimum
All Required information submitted to your recruiter must be from the desktop or laptop you will be using for WORK. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
Step # 1. Complete the ISP Speed Test - No mobile hotspots or satellite internet service - You need to complete this action using the computer you will be working on.

Step # 2. Please email a screenshot of your computer processor specs and computer storage.
For those who are not tech savvy– Select the "Windows Key" on your computer and type in the word processor in the search bar and the processor information will come up. ABSOLUTELY NO Celeron/ Pentium – so if THE WORD: Celeron/ Pentium is above it, it's an absolute NO.
Step # 3. Smart Phone- Please respond with either Apple Device or Android to this email.
Minimum Requirements: Android or Apple smartphone with a working camera that has capability of installing applications necessary for daily system login.
Step# 4 Headset – Please respond to the email with a photo of the headset you will be using for work.
Minimum Requirements -Connect to your PC via a headphone jack, USB is preferred.
Step # 5 Storage – Please respond to the email with your PC's available storage amount.
