Job Description

This is a real estate and facility owners role and we are open to candidates in New York, Chicago, Denver, and Los Angeles. This position will require 1-2 days a week working in one of the afore mentioned offices. US work authorization is required.

The role:

As the Growth Lead, Real Estate and Facility Owners at VIATechnik, you will spearhead the sales of project and enterprise-level services to a burgeoning sector of our business, targeting large real estate owners. This pivotal role involves direct engagement with leadership, managing crucial business relationships for significant accounts, and driving sales initiatives. US work authorization required.


In this role you will:

  • Identify and cultivate relationships with key industry conferences, trade associations, and publications to enhance VIATechnik's leadership presence in the large real estate owner landscape
  • Collaborate with leadership to expand VIATechnik's footprint across the real estate owner sector, leveraging strategic partnerships and industry outreach
  • Utilize outbound efforts to construct a strategic, data-driven sales funnel, including prospecting, lead qualification, pitching, and contract negotiation
  • Drive new account acquisition and broaden and deepen the sales pipeline, focusing on leading indicators of success
  • Cultivate and nurture high-value client relationships to drive sales growth and position VIATechnik as the preferred partner
  • Implement targeted sales campaigns, tracking leads through the sales funnel from inception to close, and identifying expansion opportunities
  • Attend industry conferences to bolster brand presence, foster professional relationships, and generate sales leads
  • Contribute to the development of processes and frameworks to enhance VIATechnik's go-to-market strategy
  • Collaborate with marketing to boost top-of-funnel activity and develop sales collateral for relevant products and services
  • Monitor and enhance sales key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize performance
  • Engage operational subject matter experts (SMEs) and team members in business development efforts to ensure successful implementation and client satisfaction

Apply if you have:

  • 7+ years of experience in the real estate industry, with a focus on the owner segment
  • Experience working with real estate owners or technology companies specializing in this sector
  • Proven track record in business development or revenue-generating roles
  • Proficiency in deal qualification and end-to-end customer lifecycle management
  • Strong familiarity with Salesforce
  • Exceptional networking and relationship-building skills
  • Hunter mentality with a keen understanding of long sales cycles
  • Demonstrated experience with commission-based compensation structures
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines efficiently and effectively
  • Team-oriented mindset with cross-functional sales experience

Even better if you have:

  • Prior experience managing accounts within the real estate owner/developer space
  • Background in fast-paced, hyper-growth environments
  • Familiarity with prospecting tools like Dodge Reports, Zoom Info, etc.
  • Experience selling VDC/BIM services
  • Solid understanding of AEC stakeholders and client pain points

Compensation and featured benefits:

  • The base pay for this position is $110,000 - $130,000 with on target earnings of $220,000 - $260,000 expected. The actual salary offer may be different as we carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, location, and experience
  • Health insurance with the choice of five plan options. We cover 70-95% of premiums for VIATechies and 70% of the premiums for dependents
  • Dental and vision insurance. We cover 75% of the monthly insurance premiums for VIATechies and 50% of the premiums for dependents
