Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Architect - 53348

We have an immediate long-term opportunity with one of our largest clients for a position of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Architect, to work in Houston, TX.

We are seeking a highly motivated CRM Architect to join our team and play a pivotal role in crafting exceptional user experiences for our clients. You will be responsible for leading user journey mapping exercises, translating those journeys into technical and business requirements, and designing robust solutions leveraging the power of Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand customer needs, pain points, and desired business outcomes.
• Facilitate user journey mapping workshops to map out the ideal customer experience within the CRM platform.
• Translate user journeys into clear and concise technical and business requirements for the Dynamics 365 & Customer Insights implementation.
• Design and document scalable and secure Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, leveraging your deep understanding of the platform architecture and data model.
• Configure and customize Dynamics 365 functionalities to align with specific business processes and user needs.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with various data sources (internal and external) to ensure seamless data flow and a unified customer view.
• Develop and document integration strategies, ensuring data integrity and security throughout the integration process.
• Collaborate with development and deployment teams to ensure solutions are implemented according to design specifications.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest Dynamics 365 features, functionalities, and best practices to continuously improve solution designs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 12+ years of experience as a CRM Architect or similar role.
• Proven experience designing and implementing CRM solutions on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform and Customer Insights.
• In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 architecture, data model, security considerations, and customization capabilities.
• Strong understanding of user experience (UX) design principles and the ability to facilitate user journey mapping workshops.
• Experience with data integration techniques and tools to connect Dynamics 365 with various data sources.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise language for both technical and non-technical audiences.
