Job Description
Positive Aspired Learning is hiring full-time School Behavior Technicians to work at Hawthorne school district in the Hawthorne, NJ for 1:1 classroom support in ABA classrooms. This position would begin as soon as you can start. It would also continue into the ESY, summer school. Exact school day hours are 37.5 hours per week. Experience working with students with special needs and general classroom support is highly preferred. Positive Aspired Learning is an ABA agency that is committed to making sure that all of our BTs are trained and supported while at their placements. We assist you with the process of becoming a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) provide ongoing supervision.

Overview:
- Area: Hawthorne, New Jersey

- Schedule: M-F Days (7.5 hours per day), Full-time
- Target Start Date: As Soon As Possible
- Pay: starting at $25 per hour (up to $36K per year)
- Immediate pay raise after passing the RBT exam!
Requirements:
- High school diploma required
- Successful completion of college coursework preferred
- 1-year experience working with children
- ABA or Behavior management experience is a plus
- Willingness to assist in students with academics and learning
- Strong ability to work in a team environment
- Background clearance
