Job Functions

• Design, create, test, maintain, and deploy software applications
• Oversee software programming, testing software at various phases of completion
• Develop SharePoint 2016 and SharePoint Online applications and support SharePoint migration
• Lay out software design, building models or diagrams to communicate the end goal
• Map out future software upgrades

• Minimum 4 years of SharePoint development experience
• Minimum of 1 year working in an agile software development environment
• Demonstrated experience transitioning an agency or customer from SharePoint to Microsoft 365 or another software platform
• Previous experience in software development, particularly in system software development
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java
• Experience with software development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git
• Experience designing, creating, testing, maintaining, and deploying software applications
• Knowledge of software engineering principles and best practices
• Experience debugging and troubleshooting software issues.
• Understanding of system architecture and design principles
• Experience working with databases and SQL
• Knowledge of SharePoint Server Object Model and SharePoint REST API

• Proficient in programming languages such as C#, JavaScript, and jQuery
• Strong understanding of web development technologies, including HTML, CSS, and jQuery
• Proficiency in using development tools such as IDEs, debuggers, and profilers
• Familiarity with software testing techniques and tools
• Ability to learn new technologies and adapt to changing requirements
• Strong understanding of algorithms and data structures
• Ability to document software designs, processes, and procedures
• Knowledge of software performance optimization techniques
• Attention to detail and ability to write clean, maintainable code
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and services

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, electronics, natural science, mathematics, engineering, or any related discipline
• Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident
• Must be able to obtain a position of public trust with the US Government
