Job Title: Psychologist (Children/Adolescents)

Psychologist Requirements:
· Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in psychology from an accredited institution required
· State licensure as a psychologist required
· Must be willing to see children and adolescents
· Specialized certifications or training in relevant therapy modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR) are a plus.
· Experience working with those with anxiety, depression, ADHD, and life transitions and stressors.
· Competence in psychological, psychoeducational, and neuropsychological testing is a plus.
· Strong commitment to diversity and inclusion in mental health care.
· Ability to provide a minimal amount of evening or weekend therapy hours is a plus.
· Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities:
· Provide diagnostic assessments of Ross Center clients
· Provide individual therapeutic services to adults using evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), DBT, ACT, and others
· Participate in our Testing and Assessment program, if interested
· Collaborate with other mental health professionals in the center, including other therapists and psychiatrists to provide comprehensive care to clients.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records, providing a note for every encounter
· Participate in case consultations and team meetings
· Stay current with best practices in adult and/or child psychology
· Other duties as assigned

This full or part-time position is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and compassionate psychologist who specializes in working with adults diagnosed with anxiety, depression, ADHD, learning disabilities, and behavioral problems.
