Project Management Support Supervisor II

As a Project Management Support Supervisor II (also known as Operations Support Manager, Production Systems Analyst), you'll provide analytical support for line operations across multiple production facilities. You'll work with a team of technicians and vendors to identify and implement improvements in current systems, manage projects, and develop training materials. You'll also handle special assignments that may not fall under the scope of any other department employee.

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or other related field. Master's Degree preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in a similar manufacturing environment, including managing people/projects. 6+ years preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, Oracle Business Systems, Efficiency Improvement Analysis, and New System Implementation & Administration.
• Lean & Six Sigma Certification.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into recommendable actions to senior staff.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse workforce.
