Mainframe Developer

Phone/Skype Hire. REMOTE after onsite onboarding
Location: Raleigh, NC / REMOTE
Duration: 12+ months
This position should have 25+ years of work/manager experience in the IT field, be able to support our legacy application as well as be able to rewrite the legacy application in C#.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Recommended in this Position:
Thorough knowledge of the principles and techniques of software development, including analysis, design, coding, testing, debugging, implementation, and documentation.
Experience in the following areas: .Net Development Frameworks (.Net Framework, Windows Forms, Programming Languages(C#, C++), Databases, Version control, XML, extensive knowledge of Object-Oriented Analysis, and Joint Application Development (JAD).
Demonstrated ability to effectively lead projects.
Demonstrated ability to support production applications.
Effective oral and written communication skills.
