Warehouse Swing Shift Lead

The Warehouse Swing Shift Lead plays a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction by executing various tasks such as loading, transporting, and unloading products, maintaining inventory accuracy, and adhering to shipping quality standards. With a focus on safety and efficiency, the associate works collaboratively in a team environment to fulfill orders accurately and maintain a clean and organized workspace. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-centric mindset are essential for success in this role. The position requires physical stamina and the ability to operate warehouse equipment effectively. The lead will need to have the ability to motivate team members to meet the organization's expectations and goals.

$21 - $23 Hourly

• Lead the warehouse swing shift team in Thornton, CO, US to ensure adherence to critical business processes including receiving, packing, shipping, and inventory management.
• Act as a hands-on team player, always ready to step in to guarantee customer satisfaction.
• Load, transport, and unload products as necessary to support operations.
• Assist the Warehouse Manager in providing leadership to the evening warehouse staff.
• Uphold shipping quality standards set by the organization.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment.
• Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as required.
• Process orders accurately and efficiently.
• Inspect items for defects and report findings as necessary.
• Restock and manage order inventory appropriately.
• Prepare items for shipping in compliance with warehouse procedures and safety guidelines.
• Manage time effectively and work efficiently.
• Motivate the team to maintain a customer-centric approach.
• Evaluate team performance, provide coaching, and guidance when needed.
• Track daily performance KPIs and report to management promptly.

• Minimum of two years of warehouse experience preferred for the Warehouse Swing Shift Lead position in Thornton, CO, US.
• Knowledge of WMS is advantageous for this role.
• Familiarity with RF scanners is a plus.
• Proficiency in operating pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks is required
• Ability to strictly adhere to safety regulations set by the employer and government regulations.
