Experienced Sales Associate

Job Summary:
Frank Kent Cadillac, located in Arlington, Texas, is seeking an experienced Sales Associate to join our team. This is a full-time, individual contributor role in the auto industry with a competitive salary range of $36,000 to $250,000 per year, paid semimonthly. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales for our dealership.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any questions or concerns promptly and professionally
- Utilize various sales techniques to meet or exceed sales goals
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and features to effectively sell vehicles
- Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features to customers
- Work collaboratively with the dealership team to ensure a positive customer experience
- Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales transactions
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve sales skills and product knowledge

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in automotive sales or a related field
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other sales software
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Must be a team player and able to work in a fast-paced environment
