Job description

As an Education Sales Representative, you’ll have an opportunity to help change people’s lives every day, and work in a personally rewarding career field where each day is new people and new conversations.

All-Sate Career School in Baltimore, MD is seeking an energetic and highly motivated person to join our Admissions Team. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we have a great career opportunity for you. We are seeking a person with a high level of interpersonal communication skills, strong computer and telephone skills, with a work ethic that doesn't let you stop until the goal is met.

The Education Sales Representative is responsible for the recruitment and enrollment of students at the campus. Duties include making lead calls, developing relationships, tracking inquiries, completing enrollment activity and motivating potential students to complete admissions requirements. You may also have the chance to represent the school in career fairs, job fairs, and other similar activities; and participating in student orientation and registration activities. No prior admissions experience is required. Prior sales experience preferred.

Requirements

· Highly self motivated and solution-oriented in alignment with our campus’ core values of integrity, commitment, student focused outcomes, respect and service excellence.

· Sales, marketing, and referral lead generating experience preferred.

· Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills. Public speaking experience a plus.

· Outstanding customer service skills and desire to see others succeed.

· Ability to set and achieve short- and long-term goals with measurable results.
