Sales Agent

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Sales Agent at our insurance agency. In this role, you will be responsible for helping clients assess their life insurance needs and find the best policy to suit their individual circumstances.

Responsibilities:

• Meet with clients to discuss their financial goals and needs in order to recommend appropriate life insurance policies
• Assist clients in completing insurance applications and provide guidance on underwriting requirements
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and retention
• Stay informed about industry trends and changes in policies and regulations to provide the most up-to-date information to clients
• Work closely with other team members to achieve sales goals and targets

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in insurance sales or related field is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent customer service and sales skills
• Active life insurance license (we can help you obtain)
