Job Description
- Provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities, autism or other special needs.
- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming and meal preparation.
- Administer medication and monitor health conditions as directed by healthcare professionals.
- Support individuals in participating in social and recreational activities.
- Assist with transportation to appointments, community outings and other activities.
- Document and report any changes in behavior or health status to supervisors.
