Job Description

Team Rooter is growing at a rapid rate! Servicing all of Los Angeles, Ventura, Orange County, and San Diego. Our CSR's and Dispatchers act as a strong support base for our out-field team members. Join our team of motivated and growth-minded individuals.

SUMMARY: This position is responsible for acting as a liaison; providing product/services information; answering questions, and resolving any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manages large amounts of incoming phone calls.

  • Generates and scheduling sales leads.

  • Identifies and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.

  • Builds sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.

  • Provides accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.

  • Meets personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas.

  • Handles customer complaints, provides appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.

  • Keeps records of customer interactions; processes customer accounts and files documents.

  • Follows communication procedures, guidelines and policies.

  • Takes the extra mile to engage customers.

  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management.



QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or one to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Computer skills required: Internet Software; Word Processing Software (Word); and Electronic Mail Software (GMail).

  • Other skills required:

    • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.

    • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.

    • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.

    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

    • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
