Job DescriptionCompany Description
Contingent Assets needs a CFOs with real estate experience. This candidate needs to be very experienced in real estate development, home construction & acquisitions.
Candidate Requirements:
- CFO Or VP Level Experience
- Oversee All Accounting Task, IT, HR & Other Operations Areas
- Investor Relations, Banking Relationships
- Experience With Capital Markets, Fund Raising
- Commercial Real Estate & Raw Land Development
- Financial Reporting, KPIs, Dashboards
- Ability To Implement Internal Controls
- B.S. Accounting Or Finance
- MBA - Preferred
- CPA - Preferred
- 10 Years Minimum In Real Estate
