Customer and Sales Support Coordinator
- $15 to $17 Hourly

All County Exteriors, a busy, high-volume home remodeling company, seeks a full-time Customer and Sales Support Coordinator with 1-2 years of customer service or sales office scheduling experience.

Responsibilities include:
· Scheduling and tracking sales appointments for up to 10 sales reps
· Data entry and processing sales contracts
· Managing sales database and coordinate reports as necessary
· Customer correspondence and follow-up
Qualified candidates must be able to handle a high volume of inbound calls, possess a positive attitude, strong written and verbal communication skills, and be very familiar with MS Outlook and MS Office. Data entry accuracy is a must.
Must have transportation, be reliable and on time!
Hours are Mon – Fri, 8 am to 5 pm.
Hourly salary is $15.00-$17.00, based upon experience.
