Job Description

Summary:

The Project Manager will lead the administrative effort to drive and measure improvements in physician engagement, quality, revenue, cost, and clinical programs. They will be responsible for leading, executing, facilitating updates, and monitoring, all network operation projects and initiatives, including those ongoing, which will be mainly focused on helping improve the engagement of network partners through physician incentives and improved reporting, for example, maximizing quality and revenue performance; achieving clinical operational effectiveness; etc. They will play a pivotal role by serving as a centralized operations point person on all network operations initiatives and will work very closely and provide support to department leads, such as for, Physician Engagement, Clinical, Revenue, and Quality. The Project Manager will also collaborate with other company leaders, as needed, that sit outside of the Operations Division, such as for Finance, Strategy, Data & Analytics, Growth & Retention, Contracting & Credentialing, Legal/Compliance, etc.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Plan, organize, manage, and monitor projects and initiatives utilizing cross functional teams to meet company strategic objectives.

· Coordinate and facilitate participant meetings, including but not limited to operational workgroup, touch point meetings, and other recurring scheduled meetings.

· Collect data points from other departments (i.e. Data & Analytics) and prepare reports and material on key indicators for analysis and/or presentation to internal or external stakeholders (i.e. joint operations committee meetings).

· Identify and coordinate opportunities to further improve processes and reporting both internally and externally.

· Track and analyze data and evaluate impact on operational objectives and performance metrics monthly.

· Support department leads by creating detailed project plans based on requirements and timelines set forth for each project (i.e. CMS Quality reporting).

· Serve as centralized point person to receive, review, and prioritize all reporting and analysis requests as received by operations division. Work closely with Data Analytics team to track progress, set timelines, troubleshoot barriers, collect and share updates, and as needed, reprioritize requests based on immediate need.

· As needed, responsible for the creation and maintenance of SOPs, work plans, training guides, etc.

· Oversee monthly release of reports that are made available to external stakeholders, coordinate quality assurance and manage the timely distribution of.

· Develop presentation materials as needed for meetings both with internal and external participants, such as internal physician performance review, operations update meeting, data huddle, etc.

· Provide regular project and initiative status information to team members, including attending required meetings and following-up on action items.

· Provide support as needed to the Operations division. Other duties may be assigned.

Minimum Education and Experience:

· 5 years of experience in a healthcare-related position, preferably managed care environment and/or Bachelors' Degree in a health-related field or Business Administration or equivalent combined experience.

· 2-3 years project management in a health care setting is preferred.

· Prior experience and/or knowledge of HEDIS, CMS Star Rating System, and/or Medicare Risk Adjustment is preferred.

· Prior experience and/or knowledge of CMS and Medicare Advantage payment methodologies, and Value-Based Contracting is preferred.

· Bilingual: Spanish and English.

· Proficient in MS Office programs (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, and Power Point). Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
