Probi USA is seeking a dynamic Data Analyst to join our team at either our Lafayette, CO manufacturing/packaging site or our Redmond, WA manufacturing site. The Data Analyst will play a crucial role in providing data support, reporting, and visualizations for Operations, driving informed decision-making and process improvements. This position presents an excellent opportunity for individuals keen on learning about manufacturing and packaging dietary supplement products in a GMP environment.


Key Job Duties:

  • Support operations by collecting and reporting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with the supply chain department on special projects and daily tasks.
  • Assist sales and customer service teams in establishing and facilitating demand forecasting for Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP).
  • Work closely with finance and supply planning to collect performance data for establishing Cost Of Goods (COGs).
  • Develop and manage PowerBI dashboards incorporating multiple data sources, visualizing end-to-end supply chain processes.
  • Provide data support for business cases, such as make vs. buy decisions.
  • Analyze production data, including output, yield rates, and resource utilization, to identify trends and performance metrics.
  • Support EH&S/sustainability lead in data collection and reporting.
  • Undertake other assigned tasks to support data management and reporting for supply chain and manufacturing.


Company Requirements:

  • Experience in data collection and reporting.
  • Ability to work safely in an environment involving heavy equipment and lift up to 40 lbs.
  • Adherence to strict confidentiality policies and procedures.
  • Proficiency in English language (reading, writing, conversing).
  • Compliance with GMP, PPE, and company safety policies.
  • Good attendance record.
  • Willingness to undergo a background check.


Work Experience and Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or science, preferably in engineering, supply chain, or data analytics, with 1-3+ years of experience or relevant background.
  • Capability to work independently and in cross-functional teams, delivering results.
  • Technical knowledge of data collection, management, and reporting, including visualization tools like PowerBI.
  • Preferable experience with supply chain, manufacturing, and ERP systems.
  • Quick learner with a commitment to safety and understanding of production processes.
  • Familiarity with cGMP regulations and quality requirements in production.
  • Continuous improvement mindset.
  • Preferable knowledge of GMP or regulatory requirements in a manufacturing setting.
  • Proficiency in SQL programming.
