Job Description
Spring Area
Shift: Day Shift
Pay: $17-$18
Major Responsibilities:
Perform heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, shampooing rugs.
• Gather and empty trash.
• Service, clean, and supply restrooms.
• Clean and polish furniture and fixtures.
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and squeegees.
• Dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment. • Maintain and stock maintenance inventory.
• Notify managers concerning the need for major repairs or additions to building operating systems.
• Set up, arrange, and remove tables, chairs, to prepare facilities for events as needed.
• Assist maintenance as needed.
• Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision.
• Any other duties of a similar or lesser nature as required
Experience:
• Must have an ability to troubleshoot a problem to completion and repair.
• Knowledgeable in the procedures and safety measures in area(s) of specialty
• Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a field.
