SEEKING A CANNABIS GROWER FOR OUR FARM!

```Overview```
We are seeking only skilled and experienced Growers to join our team. As a Grower, you will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining our cannabis farm. This is a hands-on role that requires a strong understanding of cannabis growth and cultivation techniques.

```Duties```
- Plant, grow, and harvest crops according to established procedures
- Monitor plant health and make adjustments to irrigation, fertilization, and pest control as needed
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any issues or diseases affecting the cannabis plants
- Maintain accurate records of cannabis growth, yields, and other relevant data
- Operate and maintain hand tools and mechanical equipment used in the growing process
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operation of the growing area
- Assist with lifting and other physical tasks as required

```Requirements```
- Highly skilled and experienced in a similar role preferred
- Strong knowledge of cannabis growth and cultivation techniques
- Familiarity with basic math for measuring and mixing nutrients and other materials
- Ability to operate hand tools and mechanical equipment used in the growing process
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that involve heavy lifting and working outdoors for extended periods of time
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

- Bi-lingual (Spanish) preferred
