ABOUT THIS ROLE

As a Pantry Line Cook, you work with your skilled team to create wonderful and flavorful dishes that leave our customers craving more! Your specialty is cold foods, and you skillfully craft salads, appetizers, and sandwiches according to recipes and guest specifications. To set your team up for success, you fully prepare workstations and clean equipment throughout meal service. You help maintain our inventory and offer menu suggestions when appropriate. Overall, your efforts play a significant role in our success!

Full- and part-time shifts are available during these hours:

• Monday to Thursday 12-9 PM
• Friday 12- 12 AM
• Saturday 11- 12 AM
• Sunday 11- 9 PM

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Experience as a pantry cook or a similar role would be preferred but isn't required. You just need to meet these criteria:

• Knowledge about cold food preparation techniques
• Ability to accurately follow recipes
• Ability to comply with food safety and sanitation regulations
• Flexibility to work some evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Communication skills, time management skills, and ability to work with a team
