Job Description
We are currently seeking a General Service Technician to join our team. We are a locally owned, full service automotive shop that has been around since 1990. If you are a quality conscious worker committed to producing the kind of results our customers have come to expect over the years, we want to talk to you. We operate a fast paced environment committed to providing quality service. We are open Monday-Friday 8am-5pm and closed on the weekends. Starting pay is based on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Main duties to include oil changes, mount and balance tires, tire repairs, and other minor repairs
- Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
- Perform routine upkeep of shop eviornment (Empty trash cans, sweep floors, etc.)
- Perform routine vehicle health inspections to keep customers informed of their vehicle's health and recommend any needed repairs.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in automotive service preferred
- Must have or be willing to obtain basic tools needed for job
- Proficiency with handheld tablet.
- Ability to handle physical demands of the job
- Detail oriented
- State Inspectors License or willingness to obtain one is a plus
- Must have valid Drivers License
