Job DescriptionCompany Description
Responsible for acquiring goods and services pertaining to our upcoming projects. Creates and manages
purchase orders with vendors to maintain organized material acquisition in a timely manner. Establishes
and maintains healthy relationships with various vendors to obtain goods.
1. Purchase orders
- Create based off engineer estimates (MOL/MR)
- Monitor lead times and product availability
- Ensure accuracy for ordering correct material
- Documenting purchased material for accounting
- Updating of Project BOM with PO# and delivery information
2. Logistics
- Facilitate acquiring material between ordering and the job site
- Direct deliveries of material as needed.
3. Sourcing material
- Obtaining fresh quotes/pricing (freeing up engineering & BPM)?
- Scrubbing MOL/MR to eliminate wrong material ordering or missing necessary parts
- Mitigating lead times, sourcing secondary vendors if needed
- Review of MOL/RM for utilization of internal inventory issuing to job lot
4. Inventory Volume Control
- Ongoing control of incoming or purging of equipment that has reached end of life
- Continued focus on minimizing inventory and inventory values
5. Quarterly POS Volume Reports
- Track manufacturing partner volume quantities
- Deliver quarterly reports to management team
6. ITS Purchasing
- Coordination with ITS team on consumable inventory stock levels
- Stored Material pictures and project filing
- Project material documentation and filing
- Research and leasing of project field offices based on project specific requirements

COMPENSATION:
Our compensation package includes:
• Competitive salary
• Choice of medical plan with a contribution from the company, dental, life, STD, LTD, Accident, and Life Insurance
• 401(K) plan with a competitive company match after 1 year of service
• 7 Paid Holidays after 90 days of service
• Paid Time Off accrued weekly totaling 10 days for first 3 years, additional 5 days thereafter
