POSITION OVERVIEW

This Human Resources Generalist is responsible for providing administration and support of the human resources processes with significant focus in the areas onboarding and orientation, training, and employee health support functions.

EDUCATION

Associate degree, Required.

Bachelor's Degree, Preferred.

EXPERIENCE

• 3-5 years frontline customer service experience, preferred.
• 1-2 years Human Resources experience, preferred.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

• Intermediate or higher computer, Microsoft Office, and typing skills.
• Positive and optimistic mindset.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Superior teamwork abilities.
• Initiative-taking and self-directed.

Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
