A fence construction expert with very good leadership skills and is very coachable to continue to learn and grow. To lead and execute the daily and weekly operational activities for fence installation and staining operations teams. This requires hands on work and leadership, excellent people skills, customer service skills and the ability to build a plan, delegate and multi-task with a very high sense of urgency and can-do attitude.

Description

*Plan and prioritize the Fence installation crews / staining crews to meet the customer needs in the most efficient way to deliver 5 star customer service and profit goals.

*Lead the In-house fence installation crew from start to finish on jobs.

*Oversee the installation quality and workmanship of residential and commercial fencing projects to ensure they meet the company's standards and customer's requirements.

*Train high quality in-house Fencing Crew.

*Oversee work of Sub-Contractors to ensure execution of contract.

* Communicate with Customers, Suppliers, and Crews to ensure project is done on time, in -scope and on budget.

* Order Fencing materials for projects, and ensure they are delivered on-time with everything necessary for the job.

*Stain Fencing with spraying equipment, brushes, rollers as needed to do a high quality and safe job without any overspray issues.

*Lead the staining crew to ensure productive, high quality with all SOP's being executed to deliver no overspray issues.

* Ability to meet with Customers to determine fencing needs, develop quotes, and close sales and schedule projects, and obtain google reviews.

*Potential to grow with the business and take on more responsibility

*Requirements:

*PASS A DRUG SCREEN and a clear background check including Clean Driving Record

*Proven Integrity, Honesty, Reliability, Attention to Detail and Follow-up.

*Supervisor/Lead experience in the fencing industry (min 5 years)

* Extensive Residential and Commercial Fence Installation Experience (3 years Minimum)

* Technical expertise in the following types of fencing: Wood, Metal, Vinyl, Chain Link.

* Able to effectively train installation teams on proper methods and best practices

* Experience in quoting jobs to customers, and working with sub - contractors

* Excellent Communicator (English and Spanish is a plus)

* Able to utilize phone/ ipad systems for quoting jobs, able to calculate linear fence costing and pricing based on pricing models.

* Must have a valid driver's license, be at least 18 years old, and be authorized to work in Texas

* Must have 'emotional intelligence' to deal with people (friendly attitude with a positive "can-do" approach)

* Must have reliable vehicle to travel to job site

*Must be able to work outside in the heat and cold and meet the physically demanding aspects of the job including lifting 80Lb bags of concrete and digging holes to standard.

Work Location: Prosper and North Dallas primarily.

Benefits:

*Benefits - Health care allowance paid monthly, Paid time off

Schedule:

* 8-12 hour shifts

* Day shift

* Monday to Friday Primarily with occasional Saturday

Supplemental pay types:* Bonus pay

Salary is dependent on skills and experience: Base salary $55,000 – 65,000+ plus bonus
