Sander

The position of Sander is responsible for prepping, sanding and cleaning signs.

DUTIES

• Prep sign cabinet using an electric sander or scuffer
• Apply bond if necessary to cabinets and sand appropriately
• File small plate letters
• Clean signs with thinner
• Operate a variety of hand tools
• Move sign, sign faces or cabinets from prep area to booths using a wheeled truck, forklift or team carry.
• Maintain clean and safe work area

To become a part of our team we require applicants for our Sander position to have the following qualifications:

SKILLS

• Mechanical aptitude
• Ability to move or carry ( with assistance) large or heavy material
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
• Organized, detailed and deadline oriented
• Ability to prioritize and follow directions per production orders

EXPERIENCE

• NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY - will train.
