Arcade Field Service Technician

The Arcade Field Service Technician's role is to support and maintain service on our equipment on location. This role requires traveling in company vehicle daily to get to locations that must be serviced. This includes installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining and upgrading any hardware and equipment. You will also trouble shoot any problem areas in a timely fashion. You will also serve as the main point of contact for the Shop.

Responsibilities:

• Operate company vehicle in a safely and responsible manner. Keep vehicle clean and perform routine inspections as needed.
• Adhere to all safety policies and follow the company's field procedures
• Provide excellent customer service and support during the field visit.
• Respond to work order requests within an appropriate time frame (24 hrs or less)
• Assist with onsite installations, diagnostics, repairs and maintenance as needed.
• Ensure that equipment is clean and presentable. Refill product as needed.
• Operate Forklift, Unload and load arcade equipment and other merchandise.
• Keep the shop safe, organized and clean.
• Parts Runner - Order and Pick up materials/ parts from local vendors.

Qualifications:

• Must be 21 years of age or older with a Valid Driver License and a clean driving record.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Must work well in a team environment and work well alone.
• Must be responsible, committed and have great punctuality.
• Basic computer and math skills
• Ability to use cell phone, email and text
• Must be able to lift 100 pounds or more and handle physical workload.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and trouble shooting skills
• Familiarity with power tools, hand tools and other mechanical /electrical equipment.
• Must be able to travel and change schedule according to business needs if required
• Special projects as assigned.
• Must work with a sense of urgency. Our customers' needs are our number one priority.
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus.
