Remote Social Worker Compensation

• The pay for this position is $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Remote Social Worker Highlights

• This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
• The required availability for this position is 8a – 5p M-F; 9a – 6p Saturdays (alternating – approximately every other weekend); ***includes holidays

Remote Social Worker Responsibilities

• Healthy Opportunities (HOP) Eligibility & Enrollments, Benefits Eligibility Screenings, Cold Calls, Assistance in phone queue

Remote Social Worker Requirements

• Proficient with excel/word
• Experienced MSW/SW in a healthcare/community setting
• Community work, experience with closing SDoH needs
• BSW required
• Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
