Senior Healthcare Supply Chain Project Manager(Hybrid)

This role can be performed remotely or from our York, PA office with a Monday/Wednesday in-office plan.

What you will do:

• Engage with clients to understand their unique supply chain challenges, goals, and operational requirements.
• Collaborate closely with client teams to assess operations and identify improvement opportunities.
• Lead and manage supply chain improvement projects from initiation to completion through direct oversight and guidance of project team members.
• Develop and communicate project objectives, scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Foster effective communication and cooperation among team members to achieve project success.
• Implement data-driven and innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Identify and pursue follow-on project work through project excellence.
• Analyst data training.
• Serve as a reference for Engineers.

What we require:

• 10+ years of experience in managing and/or consulting for supply chain operations (Surgery, Cath Lab, Interventional Radiology, and Central Sterile operations a plus).
• Minimum of Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering, Healthcare Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related discipline. An MBA is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical experience related to complex supply chain resources and plant operations.
• Travel is client dependent and typically ranges from 30-50%. Travel will vary from project to project. Travel may be extensive at times and less extensive at other times.
