At Chain.io we are responsible for delivering a mission-critical SaaS integration platform that supports our customers’ supply chain activities.  In this role, you’ll play a critical part in making sure that the product we deliver exceeds our customers expectations for quality, reliability, and accessibility.   You’ll engage with our product, services, and development teams through the full software development life cycle reviewing test plans prior to development and executing those plans during the acceptance phase.


If you love working closely with both your teammates and directly with customers to run a disciplined, measurable QA process, then this is a great opportunity.  Since we develop integrations and solutions, that work with many different systems across supply chain, and the globe, you’ll receive regular exposure to new and exciting problems, and be an active member of the delivery organization.


Responsibilities 

  • Review test plans developed by business analysts for new Chain.io plugin development and enhancements.
  • Execute test plans for core product features, plugins, and professional service enhancements.
  • Assist in resolving support tickets to identify defects and open bug fix product requests.
  • Prepare reporting metrics on product quality, defect rates, and mean time to resolve bugs.
  • Assist with reviewing and publishing support articles and documentation.

What You Bring To The Team

  • Practical experience in a QA role in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Experience developing and executing test plans for SaaS product.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness to work directly with external customers and stakeholders on testing Chain.io plugins and customer facing features.
  • Experience in supply chain, logistics, warehousing or related technologies is a plus, but is not required.

Compensation

The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $70,000 - $80,000 USD.
Actual compensation is based on a range of factors including the candidate's skill set, experience, education, certifications, and training.
