We are looking for a Supply Chain & Workforce Manager to join our Clinical Operations team.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Supply Chain Oversight: Work with supply chain team to ensure customer needs are fulfilled, assist with procurement and inventory control, update information in vendor management system
  • Workforce Management Strategy: Work with Clinical Operations and Growth teams to determine staffing best practices and hiring triggers
  • Create new and innovative workflows and processes: Help us keep costs low while eliminating manual and wasteful processes
  • Strategize to minimize the cost or time required to transport products: Plan and manage order processing, invoicing, and preparing shipments for all incoming and outgoing orders. Work with external vendors to ensure shipping deadlines are met
  • Organize and manage inventory, storage, and transportation: Actively participate in general inventory procedures, including regular cycle counts
  • Review procurement processes and propose solutions on how to improve them: Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency

What this role will achieve:

  • Availability requirements for therapy sessions are met
  • Shipping deadlines are met, and participants receive their biofeedback devices on time
  • Strong capacity for both therapy sessions and biofeedback shipments
  • Inventory and staffing levels are monitored and replenished proactively
  • Continuously improving cost levels and shipping timelines while ensuring a good availability of inventory

  • At 90 days: You have guidance on workforce staffing recommendations. You have ownership of inbound and outbound shipments. You are comfortable working with and presenting data on logistics costs and timelines
  • At 6 months: You have built out new dashboards and recommendations for hiring and capacity. You have built a transparent logistics operation and are able to independently lead projects to improve logistics processes
  • At 1 year: You can proactively identify and resource for future bottlenecks in the logistics operations together with team members from operations and product teams

    • Ability to work efficiently, effectively, under the pressure of tight deadlines, while maintaining attention to detail, accuracy, and quality
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and systematic way of working
    • Google sheets expertise required; Airtable experience a plus

  2. Work experience needed:
    • Verbal and written communication skills necessary to explain complex and/or confidential information
    • Ability to collaborate effectively and work as part of a team
    • Ability to prioritize and work with minimal supervision
    • Prior experience in transportation or other procurement area

  3. Knowledge, education, and/or training needed:
    • Supply Chain methodology
    • Workforce management methodology
    • Data Studio & Reporting
    • Flowspace & Airtable experience preferred
    • GPT curiosity a bonus

US TOTAL REWARDS PACKAGE:

  • Pay:
    • BAY AREA: $118,750 - $137,771
    • DENVER,CO: $94,800 - $126,215
    • Generous stock options

  • Benefits:
    • 100% employer paid Medical, Dental, Vision, & Life Insurance for full-time employees (50% for dependents)
    • Flexible Spending Account and Health Savings Account options available (HSA eligible employees will receive Meru's annual contributions of $1,500 for single enrollees and $3,000 for enrollees with dependents)

  • Paid Time Off:
    • 15 US holidays annually
    • 20 Days vacation your first year of employment, then 25 Days vacation thereafter
    • 8 weeks of parental leave for all new parents and an additional 8 weeks for new birthing parents
