Job Description
We are seeking a Service Technician to join our team!
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair HVAC equipment
- Perform routine preventative maintenance
- Recommend and Sell repairs, preventative maintenance plans , air quality improvements, and new system lead flips.
- Respond to work order requests in a timely fashion
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
- Be in a rotating on call schedule.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the HVAC or other related fields
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Familiarity with industrial tools and equipment
- Ability to handle physical workload
