COMPANY PROFILE: Located next to O.C. Whites - The Chatsworth is a an English Pub with full bar, pub menu and Afternoon Tea in the Tea Room. The Tea Room also hosts Rehearsal dinners, birthday parties, bridal showers and other private events in the Tea Room.

JOB DESCRIPTION Position: Craft Bartenders and Servers

Reports To: Bar Manager

Craft Bartender - Prior bartender experience required for bar positions and craft liquor bartending experience a plus.Prior Banquet Staff experience a plus.

JOB REQUIREMENTS ; REQUIRED SKILLS

* Must have knowledge of the 12 Steps of proper table and/or bar service.

* Must be willing to work a flexible schedule with the emphasis on weekends and holidays. Mostly weekends with 1-2 shifts during the week.

* Must be reliable, have a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

* Must be neat, clean, professional, appearance.

* Must be team oriented, good team player and good character.

* Must have own transportation.

* Strong customer service orientation and skills.

* Ability to prioritize and organize work assignments.

* Excellent listening skills.

* Ability to multi task and prioritize.

* Ability to exert physical effort in transporting and placement of tables and chairs for events.

* Ability to work without direct supervision. Ability to work cooperatively and professionally with other departments, with respect to the chain of command.

* Must possess mature, professional demeanor to interact with staff and guests.

* Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills.
